Following ABB’s acquisition of IPEC earlier this year, we wanted to take a moment to share an update on our integration journey and what this exciting new chapter means for our community, our industry, and the future of asset health monitoring.
1st October 2026 marks our official integration with ABB. As part of ABB Electrification Service, IPEC becomes ABB’s global Partial Discharge Center of Excellence. Since the announcement, our teams have been working hand-in-hand to blend the best of both worlds.
The same experts, technologies, and specialist focus that built IPEC’s reputation remain at the heart of our business. IPEC has always been dedicated to advancing partial discharge (PD) monitoring, testing, diagnostics, and asset health analytics.
